Things people usually ask us first
Do we need existing AI tools or software before working with you?
No. Most of our clients come to us with no AI in place. Part of the AI Readiness Review is understanding your current tools and identifying which AI approaches would connect naturally with what you already have.
How long does it take before we see any change in daily operations?
The AI Readiness Review produces a written picture of your situation within two weeks. The Workflow Integration Setup typically delivers a working connection within four to six weeks. Broader programmes are planned in stages with your input on timing.
What happens to our business data during the engagement?
We treat client data with discretion throughout. The data handling review is a standard part of our integration work. We document what data is used, where it goes, and what controls are in place, and share that documentation with you.
Will our staff need technical knowledge to use what you build?
We design for the people who will use the system day-to-day. Staff onboarding is included in the Workflow Integration and Managed Programme services. We also provide handover notes in plain language so your team can manage things with confidence.
Is there a minimum commitment to get started?
The AI Readiness Review is a self-contained engagement with no obligation to proceed further. Many clients begin there to get a clear view before deciding whether a larger step makes sense. We are happy to discuss your situation first before you commit to anything.
Do you work with organisations outside Bangkok?
Our office is in Bangkok and most of our clients are based there, but we have worked with organisations in other Thai cities remotely. If you are based elsewhere, we are glad to discuss what an arrangement might look like.
