We move at a pace that works for your people

Naga Logic was founded on a simple idea: AI adoption should feel considered, not rushed. We work alongside teams — not ahead of them.

Our story

How Naga Logic began

Naga Logic grew out of a recurring observation: many Bangkok businesses were curious about AI but wary of the noise around it. The technology was moving fast, vendor claims were loud, and no one was talking plainly about what AI could and could not do for a mid-sized organisation in Thailand.

We started by sitting with teams — logistics coordinators, HR managers, customer support leads — and asking what their days actually looked like. Which parts were repetitive? Where did things get stuck waiting for a human to pull information from a document? What would a single reliable assistant handle well, and what would it get wrong? Those conversations shaped everything we do now.

The name Naga Logic reflects a dual intention. The naga — a river serpent from Southeast Asian tradition — moves through its environment with purpose and patience. Logic is the other half: clear thinking, structured analysis, documented results. Together they describe how we approach every engagement. We study the current before we suggest a direction, and we explain our reasoning throughout.

Our mission is to help organisations in Thailand understand AI clearly, adopt it carefully, and keep their people informed and in control at every step. We do not offer a product. We offer time, attention and a structured process — beginning with a thorough look at where you are before we talk about where you might go.

What guides us

Our working values

Clarity first

We explain what AI does and does not do in plain terms, so decisions are made with a clear head rather than under pressure from hype.

Honest scope

We do not encourage engagements larger than your situation calls for. If a small review is enough, we say so.

Knowledge transfer

Every engagement ends with documentation your team understands and can act on independently. We do not design systems that require us to stay.

How we work

Standards we maintain in every engagement

Documented process

Every step is recorded in plain language. Clients receive a written record of what was reviewed, what was changed and why.

Data handling review

We audit which data enters each system and apply PDPA-aligned considerations throughout, particularly during integration work.

Staff onboarding

We train the people who will use the system day-to-day — not just the technical leads — so adoption is genuine rather than nominal.

Testing alongside your team

Before handover, AI outputs are tested in real conditions alongside the staff who will be using them, and results are reviewed together.

Scheduled reviews

Managed programme clients receive quarterly check-ins to confirm the assistant continues to serve their needs as the organisation evolves.

Model selection guidance

We help clients choose AI tools on evidence of fit — not on marketing prominence — and document the reasoning behind every recommendation.

Our expertise

AI integration for Bangkok organisations — a considered discipline

Working with AI in a business context requires more than selecting a tool and connecting it to a system. It requires an understanding of how people work, where information actually lives, what kinds of errors a team can absorb and which ones they cannot. Naga Logic brings that operational perspective to every engagement alongside technical knowledge of current AI capabilities.

Our consultants have worked across sectors including logistics, legal services, retail operations and corporate training — each with different rhythms, different data structures and different tolerance for change. That breadth means we are rarely encountering a workflow challenge for the first time, and we can draw on comparable situations when framing options for a new client.

Thailand's business environment presents specific considerations around language — particularly the handling of Thai-language documents and mixed-language communication — and around data regulation under the Personal Data Protection Act. Both inform our approach to model selection and data handling review, and we address them directly rather than assuming a one-size solution will translate without adjustment.

Naga Logic is a small team by design. We take on a limited number of clients at any one time so that each engagement receives genuine attention. If you are considering whether AI might be useful to your organisation, we are glad to have that conversation without any commitment required.
