We started with the AI Readiness Review because we were not sure whether AI was the right direction at all. The written report that came out of it was genuinely useful — it identified two areas where we had been spending time on manual document sorting that we had simply accepted as part of the job.

The integration setup took a bit longer than the original estimate — closer to six weeks than four — but the team was transparent about why and adjusted the scope to compensate. The onboarding session for our HR staff was well done. People asked questions and got straight answers.

We signed up for the Managed Programme a year ago. The quarterly reviews have been useful — there have been a couple of occasions where the assistant was giving slightly wrong responses because our internal terminology changed, and those were caught and corrected quickly. That kind of ongoing attention is what made it worth it.

I was sceptical at first — we had tried another consultancy two years earlier and it had not gone well. What was different this time was that Naga Logic spent a full week just listening before suggesting anything. By the time they made a recommendation, we felt it was actually for us, not a standard package.

The data handling review they did as part of the integration was something we had genuinely not thought about carefully enough. They found three places where sensitive data could have been passed to an external model and flagged them clearly. That alone was worth the engagement fee.

We did the Readiness Review as a starting point and decided not to proceed further for now. The report was clear about why — the timing was not right for our team. That kind of honest advice is not what you usually get from consultants, and it made me more likely to return when we are ready.

A closer look at three engagements

Case study · Logistics operations · Workflow Integration Setup

The challenge

A mid-sized logistics company in the Khlong Toei area had three staff spending roughly half their working day forwarding emails, extracting shipment details from PDFs and updating a shared spreadsheet. The process was reliable but slow and highly repetitive.

What we did

Over five weeks, we connected an AI document reader to their email system and spreadsheet. Staff review a summary and confirm entries rather than extracting information manually. The process is the same, the oversight is the same — the repetitive part is handled by the tool.

The outcome

The three staff now spend an estimated 60% less time on document extraction. The error rate on the spreadsheet dropped because the tool flags inconsistencies before entries are confirmed. Staff satisfaction with their roles improved noticeably, by their own account.

"We were a bit nervous that staff would push back on the change, but after the first week they were the ones asking when it would be extended to other inboxes."

— Operations team lead, Khlong Toei

Case study · Professional services · Managed AI Assistant Programme

The challenge

A legal services firm in Silom wanted a way for junior staff to retrieve relevant sections from internal policy documents more quickly. Searches of their shared drive were unreliable and people had started keeping personal copies of documents, which created version problems.

What we did

We built a custom assistant that searches the firm's document library and surfaces relevant sections with source references. The model selection was guided by the bilingual nature of their documents — a significant factor for a Thai-language practice. Data handling was reviewed before any documents were processed.

The outcome

Time spent searching for documents fell substantially in the first three months. The version control problem reduced because staff now use the centralised assistant rather than personal copies. At the first quarterly review, two additional document sets were added to the library.

"The fact that they understood the Thai-language dimension from the start was the reason we chose Naga Logic over the other options we looked at."

— Senior partner, Silom

Case study · Retail operations · AI Readiness Review

The challenge

A retail group in the Phrom Phong area had heard a lot about AI from industry contacts and was under some internal pressure to "do something with AI" but had no clear sense of what would actually help them.

What we did

Over two weeks we reviewed three departments — purchasing, customer service and inventory — and produced a written report outlining where AI could be introduced sensibly and where it would not add value given their current setup. We were clear about both.

The outcome

The report recommended one specific integration in customer service and advised against AI involvement in the other two areas for now. The leadership team found this clarity valuable — it allowed them to commit to one thing rather than feeling they needed to act everywhere at once.

"Most of the value was in being told what not to do. We had been about to spend considerably more than the review cost on something that probably would not have worked for us."

— Business owner, Phrom Phong
